The St Helens State School project was completed for Building Asset Services (Wide Bay Burnett Region) and included a complete multipurpose court upgrade within the school. Works included replacement of fence netting, supply & installation of new synthetic turf, new line marking to suit all ball sports, new tennis court posts and net, new netball goal, new futsal goals and the replacement of lighting.
- Urangan Point State school playground upgrade
We were engaged to complete the new undercover area at the Urangan Point State School. The new undercover area included demolition of existing, D&C new roof structure, supply & installation of new playground equipment and rubber soft fall, new concrete edging and stormwater rectification .

Our team was engaged by the property owner of the property to complete a complete upgrade to the walkway roof at the Kawungan Plaza. The works included demolition of existing roofing and box gutters, upgrading tie downs, installation of new gutters, new parapet sheeting and painting.

- Glenwood Hall Re-deck and PWD ramp installation
The Fraser Coast Regional Council awarded us with the Glenwood Hall deck replacement works. These works included the complete demolition of existing decking, rotten posts and bearers followed by the installation of new decking, joists & bearers. We completed the deck by applying the complete ultra-deck oil system. Whilst we were completing the deck we also completed some reinforced concrete paths.
- Yengarie Hall Re-roof and tie down
O’Rourke Constructions was engaged by the Fraser Coast Regional Council to rectify damage caused by a significant storm event at Yangarie Hall, Mungar Road, Yangarie QLD 4650. The works included demolition & removal of all damaged material (including roofing sheeting, timber windows & cabinetry) and replacement with new including roof framing/tie down, roof sheeting, cabinetry and the like, to meet code compliance.
- Hervey Bay airport Male toilet upgrade
Fraser Coast Regional Council engaged O’Rourke Constructions to complete refurbishment works within the Hervey Bay Airport. Works included demolition of existing male toilets, installation of new floor & wall tiles, new plumbing fixtures, new vanity top and basins & subsequent painting works.

We were engaged by a repeat client to complete a new carport & subsequent works to their home in Point Vernon. Works included the demolition of existing, disconnecting services and co-ordinate new electrical connection to new carport, new exposed concrete driveway, new carport structure, new entry to home & renovations internally to create new bedroom.
