O’Rourke Constructions is a new locally owned and run construction and project management company. Established in 2018, we have quickly become a trusted partner of the Queensland Government and the Fraser Coast Council. The O’Rourke family have lived locally since 1948. The father and son business brings 60 years of experience in project management and building to a family run business that has a commitment to the Fraser Coast.
Our company provides the Fraser Coast with an exceptional standard of quality building and project management with a focus on local industry sustainability and advancement. O’Rourke Constructions endeavors to use local engineers, trades and suppliers to ensure a high quality of diligent workmanship is provided to all clients.
O’Rourke Construction is a Licensed QBCC, Master Builder with a focus on providing clients with quality, on-time, on budget construction and management services that adhere to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Our History
Paul and John have extensive experience in the building industry. Previous works include the building and renovation of Queensland hospitals, schools, rail infrastructure, mining, gas and unit developments and commercial and residential structures. Paul has an impressive project management history, meeting client requirements, timelines and budgets on jobs valued up to $38 million.
O’Rourke Constructions has so far completed works locally such as Queensland school upgrades, government building upgrades, renovations to Heritage listed buildings and new commercial and domestic builds.
